Rachel Buker
Rachel’s practice focuses on trademarks, copyrights and Internet domain law. Rachel assists clients in protecting, prosecuting, litigating, and licensing their intellectual property.
Rachel is a working artist (you can check out some of her mixed media paintings here), and she has a special interest in all aspects of art law. Before joining our firm, Rachel was a judicial law clerk to United States Federal Magistrate Judge Brian Tsuchida at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
