Li “Rita” Xiuhua is based in Qingdao, where she assists clients with a host of incoming China matters, including company formations, joint ventures, trademark registrations, intellectual property protections, and labor law issues. Most importantly, Rita helps our clients bridge the gap between their home countries and China. Rita has a B.A. in English Language and a Master of Laws in International Law, and she interned with the Qingdao Intermediate People’s Court.
