March 22, 2004—Harris & Moure, pllc, a Seattle based international law firm known for its international debt collection work, just recently wrapped up a settlement induced by orchestrating the arrest of a Russian fishing vessel, the MIKHAIL KVASNIKOV. Harris & Moure's Japanese client was owed nearly one million dollars by the vessel owner, a large Russian company called Traflot. Harris & Moure supervised the arrest of the MIKHAIL KVASNIKOV, which then brought about a successful settlement and the release of the vessel. Harris & Moure has substantial experience in arresting maritime assets in Eastern China, having recently completed other arrests in Dalian and Qingdao.
