Dan Harris to speak at 2011 Offshore Investment Conference in Shanghai

Dan will be speaking at the second annual Offshore Investment Conference in Shanghai on June 16, 2011.
His presentation is entitled, "How not to get trapped in Chinese Courts – Litigation in China and Dispute Resolution Clauses."
Additionally, Dan will be a member of a panel of China business/law experts answering closing questions and discussing other topics addressed at the conference.
