We have a long history of litigating against cruise ship companies, particularly Holland America, whose tickets require litigation be here in Seattle. We have handled cases involving numerous different cruise lines such as Renissance, Commodore, Holland America, Princess, NCL, and Royal Caribbean, including the arrest of a Commodore cruise ship, the ENCHANTED SUN, and AN Olympia Cruise line vessel, THE OLYMPIA VOYAGER, on behalf of creditors.
