Harris & Moure has substantial experience in representing both buyers and sellers of pleasure craft.

In addition to representing one of the largest yacht dealers in the Pacific Northwest, we also represent yacht buyers in their contracts with the yacht dealer and manufacturer. We also can assist in the various sales and use tax issues that can arise from your yacht purchase. We are probably best known for vigorously pursuing on behalf of our yacht owning clients negligent repair and building claims against local yacht yards.

We recognize that the needs of our yachting clients are often very different from those of our corporate clients and we act accordingly. As just one example, though we have represented various very well known people in our yacht work, you will not see their names on our web site under representative clients.
